Jacking

Hydraulic jacking is used for transferring load from one structure to another, such as bridge jacking, facade retention schemes or column removal within a building. We can carry out synchronously controlled hydraulic lifts of structures, plant or equipment, including associated structural monitoring.

Synchronised lifting systems use feedback from multiple sensors to control the lifting, lowering and positioning of any large, heavy or complex structure regardless of weight distribution. A PLC controller monitors each lift position stroke and optional load transducers located at each load point. This control maintains structural integrity and can increase the productivity and safety of the lift.
